Privacy information
This page describes the intended privacy boundary for the public Kamashiv experience. The final production privacy notice must be approved against the actual data flows, vendors, retention rules and applicable Indian data-governance requirements before launch.
Technical information
The site may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and diagnose the website. Any analytics or attribution mechanism should remain subject to the approved privacy and consent model.
Customer data
Authenticated customer information is governed separately from public browsing. Public pages do not expose customer data, tenant information, internal audit records or protected platform state.
Data boundaries
Identity is not the same as authorization. Customer scope and access are determined by the NEXUS identity, entitlement and authorization boundaries rather than by public-site navigation.
Retention and rights
Retention, deletion, access, correction, consent and other applicable rights will be implemented according to the approved legal and data-governance policy for the production service.
